Paris Fashion Week might have brought attention to vibrant prints and exaggerated silhouettes, but in the Google Arts & Culture offices last night, one street-style star teamed up with a renowned fashion designer to host a cocktail party that went back to basics. Along with 400 esteemed guests, Miroslava Duma and Stella McCartney stylishly launched their new project, Fashion Tech Lab, a venture-capital fund that will connect brands with ideas aimed at changing everything we know about the industry through eco-friendly and socially responsible technologies. With Nina Garcia, Natalia Vodianova and Christian Louboutin among the attendees, it’s no surprise that Mira calls her latest undertaking a “sustainable revolution,” bringing together the cream of the crop in fashion, investment, tech and education. We can only predict even bigger things from this digital entrepreneur.
