Berets will always be in style, and this leather option from Eugenia Kim is a classic option. “I recommend berets for the girl who's not necessarily into a beanie because it feels too sporty, but a wide brim hat also feels not very city friendly. “I’m huge on tights and gloves as accessories, and polkadots is something that we’re seeing all spring that’s going to carry over into fall, so having a playful bit of hosiery is a nice way to carry this trend over into fall.”

“Gloves make every outfit look chic,” says Reid, who suggests pairing this set with any style-forward coat in your collection to automatically make your look appear more luxe. “Even if you have a coat that's not the most expensive and you put a pair of black gloves on, whether they're leather or cashmere, it will elevate it. So investing in a pair of gloves, especially a black pair of gloves, whatever else you have that you're styling it with will make it automatically seem expensive.”

Take it from a fashion expert who’s often staying in hotels filled with other fashion experts: You need a steamer wherever you go. “A lot of times hotels don't have a steamer, or they're sharing one steamer with all the guests.
