We tapped one of our favorite local girls, fashion photographer Harper Smith, to model four breezy summer outfits. Her keen eye (she shoots for major magazines like Vogue and Elle) came in handy when the Rachel Zoe Studio styling team showed up with truckloads of pieces, all from LA-based designers. Easy Rider
For running errands in the late afternoon, choose loose-fitting boyfriend jeans and a light, cotton crop top.
