This Is The New Denim Label You’ll Want To Wear Every Day

by Samantha McDonald

What happens when you pair a denim pioneer with a leading womenswear couturier? A new high-end fashion brand that’s equal parts casual and feminine, of course—and ultimately perfect for your fall ensembles. Citizens of Humanity founder Jerome Dahan joined forces with design partner Noam Hanoch to introduce Jean Atelier, a self-described “passion project” between the two that blends the former’s androgynous style and the latter’s more graceful aesthetic with just the right influence of denim and ’70s attitude. The collection, which launches at the end of the month at Barneys and FWRD by Elyse Walker, manages to also exemplify the modern woman’s wardrobe, featuring essentials like delicate draping, French lace tops and polished trousers that are undeniably flattering. Ranging from $425 to $1,875, these pieces are worth a pretty penny, but they’re sure to elevate your closet to new fashion heights.
