Recipe & Directions:
-1/2 oz pear infused cognac -1/2 oz fresh lemon juice -1/4 oz simple syrup -Shaken and rolled in with 2 1/2 oz pear cider. Add 3 drops Bittermens Burlesque bitters.
Pour into a flute over cranberry ice. Garnish with toasted sage leaf.

-2 oz 100% pear juice -3/4 oz fresh lemon juice -1/2 oz simple syrup -Shaken and rolled with 1 oz soda water.
