With all of summer’s fun weekend activities (road trips to the beach, outdoor concerts, destination weddings) it is easy to completely forget about the work week. While this is excellent for your sanity, it’s not so great when it’s time to actually put together an office-appropriate ensemble. (No, trying to incorporate your beloved denim cutoffs into your workwear wardrobe is not acceptable.) Instead, take a page from Jason Wu’s resort collection and opt for a simple, wrap-waisted look in a neutral color, accessorized with sculptural accessories.
