This Victoria’s Secret Model’s Wedding Dress Is Seriously Magical

by Samantha McDonald

It’s not unusual for a modern-day bride to make a dress change between her wedding ceremony and the reception, but one Victoria’s Secret model just took that notion to the next—and perhaps most genius—level. Following her glamorous nuptials at the Duomo di Ravello in Italy’s Amalfi Coast, Vita Sidorkina’s wedding dress did something quite magical.

In a Cinderella-like twist, the model wed long-term partner Valerio Morabito in an intricate Zuhair Murad lace gown with a high neck and long sleeves that ultimately transformed into a long column lace dress. Here it is at the Ravello Cathedral, moments after they exchanged vows:

And here it is at the reception:

Just like that, the bottom part of Vita’s train was quickly removed for the less formal (and evidently more fun) portion of the evening, where strings of lights adorned surrounding trees and costumed performers entertained her model guests. Although the ceremony itself was clearly one to remember, it’s this dress that’s making our wedding checklist.
