We’ve been waiting for Kate Middleton’s return to the public eye since Kensington Palace shared the exciting news of her third pregnancy. And today in London, the Duchess of Cambridge expectedly debuted her baby bump in a feminine (and appropriately baby blue) Temperley dress. In honor of World Mental Health Day, Kate braved her severe morning sickness to co-host a reception for mental health workers in Buckingham Palace. She was accompanied by Prince William and Prince Harry as the press greeted the trio in the White Drawing Room. Here, a first look at the future mom-of-three.
