These Are The Hottest Sunglasses This Summer

Are we the only ones who think it’s funny that Off-White’s Virgil Abloh debuted an all-black collection of sunglasses? Anyway, yes, the famed designer, who also serves as Kanye West’s creative director, has expanded his portfolio yet again, collaborating with eyewear giant Warby Parker for a limited-edition range that manages to be both high fashion and ultra affordable. At the signature Warby price of $95, the three simple-yet-versatile rectangular styles—aptly named Small, Medium and Large—mark the designer’s reach into the mass market. “Both Off-White and Warby Parker were born from the idea that good products shouldn’t be limited to a small community,” says Warby Parker co-CEO Neil Blumenthal in a statement about the partnership. “It only feels natural to collaborate on a frame that’s equal parts accessible and elevated.” And considering the on-trend Matrix-inspired shapes, it’s no surprise the shades are selling out fast.
