The Burberry Prorsum show is undoubtedly the highlight of London fashion week and this season the mega-brand did not disappoint. After unveiling a sneak peek on their Snapchat account, the hotly anticipated show saw breathtaking macrame and sheer-paneled dresses parading past a star-studded front row to a live musical performance by British singer, Alison Moyet. As if that wasn’t enough, the storied house incorporated grunge undertones by way of chunky sandals and backpacks paired with the satin slip dresses and slouchy trenches—artfully adopting one of spring 2016’s biggest emerging trends in their own distinctive way.
