Executive produced by Whoopi Goldberg, Strut will chronicle the journeys of emerging fashion models supported by Slay Model Management, the world’s first exclusively transgender modeling agency. While the trans community has experienced increased visibility through Caitlyn Jenner’s docuseries I Am Cait, this latest project is poised to continue the advancement and understanding of the underrepresented group in mainstream media. Considering the resounding success of modeling trailblazers Andreja Pejic and Hari Nef, the series feels not only timely but in fact necessary to accurately depict the current landscape of the industry.
