Spring Soundtrack

This may come as a surprise, but it has been quite a while since I have made a modern-day music purchase. Not unlike my closet, my iPod is filled with mostly vintage treasures by The Doors, Grateful Dead, Fleetwood Mac and more. (See my complete iTunes playlist here). However, once in a blue moon something really special comes along to pique my interest, such as Stevie Nicks’ just-released album, In Your Dreams !

Debuting today, In Your Dreams puts an end to the decade waiting period since Stevie Nicks’ last record was released. As a longtime fan of both her solo career and work with Fleetwood Mac, I will say that this gypset gem was totally worth the wait! Combining storytelling, imagery and Nicks’ distinctive vocals, it is every bit as romantic and soulful as I dreamed it to be. Intrigued?
