Despite being more than content with Elmo’s music video for Rihanna and Drake’s recently released number one single “Work”, we’re equally mesmerized by the official visuals. Shot in Toronto, it is actually comprised of two videos separated by a buffering bar, with the first taking place in a nightclub (with Rihanna wearing a Tommy Hilfiger crochet maxidress) and the second in a neon room—not unlike Drake’s “Hotline Bling” set up. While you could argue it is a little excessive to offer up multiple options for the same song, it seems to be a fitting fanfare since this single is Rihanna’s 14th number one on the Billboard Charts, a feat that has catapulted her past Michael Jackson’s position as artist with the third most number ones of all time.
