Ever an advocate for women’s rights, Zendaya has eclipsed the actress-musician-designer title with her latest act of online heroism. When she noticed a Twitter troll post a body-shaming tweet about a then-unidentified girl, Z didn’t waste any time teaching him a lesson or two about online etiquette. (The user has since deleted his tweet.)
It gets even better. Zendaya recruited her fans to help her identify the user who was shamed to offer her a job as a model for her new clothing line, Daya By Zendaya.
Of course, it wasn’t long before Zendaya’s more than 7 million followers found the girl, who goes by the name Honey Dip under the handle @_illestCee. And naturally, the moment was a dream come true for her.
A round of applause for all celebs using their platforms to inspire body positivity.
