Today, Victoria’s Secret announced that Jasmine Tookes will take the top honor this year. She’s the perfect pick for the exquisite showpiece, which was designed by Eddie Borgo with handcrafted jewels from AW Mouzannar. It weighs 450 carats, took 700 hours to make and is worth $3M.
