As die-hard Sex and the City fans, we always find ourselves on the edge of our seats when we hear rumors that our four favorite New Yorkers plan to get back together. We’re basically falling off of our couches at the moment, as Carrie Bradshaw—ahem, we mean Sarah Jessica Parker—just revealed she’s considering a return to the big screen as her most iconic character.
“It’s in a warming drawer. It’s never been a ‘no,’ it’s always been an ‘if’ and ‘when,'” she told Marie Claire of a possible third installment of the SATC film franchise. “And that remains the question being asked by two very thoughtful people who are taking into very serious consideration those people who devoted a lot of time. We’re not cavalier about the way we arrive at that decision.”
Despite no official word on a trilogy, we’re still excited to hear that she hasn’t ruled out the possibility of once again playing TV’s ultimate style icon. Strap on your Manolos, ladies—you might just have another SATC film to catch.
