If you thought nobody loved balloons more than Bill Clinton at the Democratic National Convention, think again. At a garden party for military families, Prince William and Duchess Kate treated the public to the cuteness that is their royal offspring, and sure enough all eyes were on their little ones. But the real scene-stealer was Princess Charlotte, who took one look at an arch of balloons and went running. She then proceeded to tap the balloons, all the while muttering the word “pop” with a smile that revealed pure happiness.
