In our humble opinion, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are two of the most compulsively likable celebrities on the planet. Neither one of them engages in excessive self-promotion, and though their fortunes are surely sizable given royalties from the syndication of That ’70s Show, their many film projects, and tech investments in killer companies like Uber, Ashton and Mila tend to be understated in a way that feels refreshingly revolutionary in 2016. They quietly got married last year in a secret garden ceremony, their daughter Wyatt receives relatively little exposure given the level of fame enjoyed by her parents, and Mila recently told Ok! Magazine that she does not want to “have an a-hole for a kid” and therefore tries to keep the family’s lifestyle as grounded as possible.
During a recent appearance on Conan, Mila gave us one more reason to love the actress and her low key, heartthrob of a hubby. She revealed that her wedding ring had been purchased for $90 on Etsy, and that her husband’s ring, also purchased on Etsy, was just slightly more expensive at around $100. She told Conan that she had made the decision to purchase the rings on Etsy after finding that the super-thin platinum bands she wanted were incredibly expensive elsewhere. “So, I went on Etsy, and it was like $90, and I was like ‘buy now,’” she said.
