Leonardo DiCaprio Is Saying Goodbye To His Titanic Malibu Beach Home

Not long after the success of Titanic, Leonardo DiCaprio took more than half of his $2.5 million paycheck and invested it in a Malibu beach house. Now the actor is putting his 1,765-square-foot bungalow back on the market at a whopping $10.95 million (which is really only a third of what he nets per movie these days). The beautiful home, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sits inside a gated community on “Billionaire’s Beach” and has direct access to the ocean. It also comes with a large outdoor deck, a private hot tub and a quiet courtyard: perfect for a paparazzi-hounded Hollywood star like Leo himself. Take a peek at the property here.
