In news that may make you feel old, the first of the three pregnant former stars of The Hills—L.C., Whitney and Heidi—has given birth. Lauren Conrad and husband William Tell welcomed a baby boy on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 5, according to PEOPLE . “We are thrilled to share that we welcomed our son Liam James Tell into our family,” they told the weekly. “Mom, Dad and baby are doing well. We’re already in love!” Little Liam weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces at birth and is the first child for both Conrad and her husband of three years, a 37-year-old lawyer.
Conrad first announced her pregnancy on New Year’s Day in an Instagram post, and later told Fit Pregnancy and Baby that she wanted a boy. “I really wanted a boy. My husband kept saying, ‘We just want a healthy baby.’ And I’d say, ‘But a boy would be nice!’ I was a wild little tomboy, so I think I understand boys. My mom always told me that nobody loves you like a son does, especially when he’s young.”
Lauren also took to Instagram to announce the baby’s arrival, captioning this adorable pic, “He’s here! We’re so excited to welcome Liam James Tell into the world!”
