Lady Gaga seems to have taken Michelle Obama’s rallying cry, “When they go low, we go high,” to heart. In the aftermath of Madonna’s Billboard Awards speech, in which she said she was once raped at knife-point, host Piers Morgan took to Twitter to cast doubt on Madge’s claim as well as to question sexual assault and claims of subsequent PTSD made by Lady Gaga. The musician and activist’s elevated responses to the unprovoked attack led to an agreement to meet with Piers for an interview. See the exchange below.
