This month has been anything but normal for Irina Shayk. The supermodel first revealed her baby bump at this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Paris and was recently spotted wearing an engagement ring on a spa day in Los Angeles. She flashed the stunning emerald gem encircled with a halo of diamonds on that left hand finger—a hint to her possible engagement to actor Bradley Cooper. (The two have been dating since April last year.) What’s remarkable about the stone is its resemblance to another buzzed-about ring: the heirloom sapphire Prince William proposed to Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton.
