Although she's undoubtedly busy planning for the birth of their twins next month, Amal Clooney still took some time out of her hectic schedule to host a surprise birthday celebration for husband George Clooney, who turned 56 on Saturday, May 6. In fact, the mom-to-be set the bar pretty high for all SOs, with planning skills that involved close friends, a dinner party and a cake the size of George's acting career.
Upon arriving at their London home, George received an unexpected visit from longtime pals Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford, who flew out from Los Angeles for the actor's birthday weekend. Rande greeted his buddy as he drove his lawnmower, while Cindy was casually cutting fresh flowers in the garden. A group of close friends also joined the intimate celebration.
But what really took the cake (pun intended) was, well, the elaborate cake Amal prepared for George—complete with cutouts of the two business partners in their Casamigos Tequila bar, replicated from their houses in Mexico.
