Caitlyn Jenner And MAC Just Raised This Much Money For The Trans Community

Just a couple days ago, Kylie Jenner donated nearly $160,000 to Smile Train, a nonprofit organization that funds cleft surgeries for children. While that is certainly an impressive figure, it’s only a fraction of what another Jenner has raised with the help of MAC Cosmetics. (This family’s really got the philanthropy thing down.)

Caitlyn Jenner, who announced a limited-edition collaboration with the beauty giant in February, released a rosy lipstick called Finally Free, which has now amassed a whopping $1.3 million as part of the MAC AIDS Fund’s Transgender Initiative. “Transgender people have had unprecedented visibility in the last few years, but it hasn’t always benefited trans people, particularly those most in need,” she said. Twenty-one transgender organizations across the country will benefit from the sales of Caitlyn’s universally flattering lipstick, and we couldn’t be more proud of the reality star.
