Taylor’s teary moment and more of today’s news.
Beyoncé's Casual Wedding Dress
Fashion moments were aplenty at last night's Grammy Awards, but leave it to Queen B to steal the spotlight by the ceremony's end. Skipping the red carpet and her seat in the audience, Beyoncé graced the Grammys stage to present the final award, Record of the Year, in a wedding gown—you know, casually—a style we just so happened to favor from Inbal Dror's 2016 collection. Taylor Teared Up
She may have given a powerful speech, but Taylor Swift wasn't exactly thrilled with her opening performance at last night's Grammy Awards. Here, watch as the Album of the Year winner wipes tears from her face and mouths, "I missed that note." While Tay is being a tad hard on herself, she fortunately had her bestie Selena Gomez by her side to console her. [ Hollywood Life ]
Mansur Gavriel's Coveted New Styles
While you can finally shop Mansur Gavriel's footwear, prepare to add a few more items to your wish list. Designers Rachel Mansur and Floriana Gavriel introduced two new handbag shapes and five new shoe styles during their second NYFW presentation on Monday, also debuting new materials like calf, patent and shearling. Given the brand's track record, we're certain every single style, hue and fabrication will be coveted by the masses come fall. [ Fashionista ]
MSGM Is Banning Social Media
“Put back your phone and enjoy the show," reads the invite for MSGM's upcoming runway show in Milan. While many designers feel as though the exposure during fashion week is helping their business, designer Massimo Giorgetti feels differently: "If everything is out there immediately, people lose interest and everything looks so old in a second. In addition, I think that asking press and buyers to not post from the show, they might watch the clothes with their eyes not through a screen, which is something good.” [ WWD ]
