Friendship Goals

Celebrities—they're just like us. Well, Lady Gaga is at least. At yesterday's Oscars Luncheon in Los Angeles, the Super Bowl performer had somewhat of a fangirl moment when she spotted Jennifer Lawrence and posted a selfie with her and "the prettiest girl in the room" to Snapchat. While we totally know the feeling, it's encouraging to know that even pop stars get starstruck by Jennifer Lawrence. [ Harper's Bazaar ]

Jay Z Has No Clue What Snapchat Is

Speaking of Snapchat—Jay Z may be hip-hop royalty, but social media savvy? Not so much. In a post to Snapchat yesterday, Hova admitted "I don't even know what that means" when Usher tried to clue him in on the video he was filming. Meanwhile, Beyoncé thought she was posing for a still pic looking flawless. It's all adorable, and okay by us. [ Marie Claire ]

Tarte's New Color Lines

Two is always better than one. Tarte Cosmetics is launching two new brands exclusively for two different retailers: Rainforest of the Sea for Sephora and Double Duty Beauty for Ulta Beauty. With algaes and marine extracts at the core of the Rainforest of the Sea line for highlighting and color-correcting, Double Duty Beauty will focus on multipurpose makeup products with skin-care benefits—both available at the end of February. Also coming soon: Tarte's new athleisure-inspired skincare line slated for April. Clearly, the beauty brand is on a roll. [ WWD ]
