Why We’re Considering Chopping Off All Of Our Hair
This morning, Nashville star Clare Bowen debuted a significantly shorter ‘do in a Facebook post where she looked almost unrecognizable. Although we love her new look, one might wonder what sparked such a dramatic cut. The 31-year old shared a heartwarming message where she explains being diagnosed with end-stage nephroblastoma as a child and why she decided to make the chop. Clare writes, “I was really inspired when I heard a story about a little girl who said she couldn’t be a princess because she didn’t have long hair, and I wanted her, and others like her to know that’s not what makes a princess, or a warrior, or a superhero. It’s not what makes you beautiful either.”
We applaud the actress for sharing her inspiring message and we couldn’t be more obsessed with her new haircut.
