As a VS veteran, the 35-year-old knows a thing or two about staying in shape and has never shied away from posting workout selfies and mini clips on Instagram. Today the supermodel shared a step-by-step workout video with Vogue, and her fashion show prep is simple enough for you to try at home. Her routine consists of five different circuits—boxing, squats, core twists, obliques and of course a stretching session at the end—perfect for kicking things into gear if you’re looking to step it up after indulging on Thanksgiving.
