Where the fifties meet the future is the backdrop we envision when looking at Erdem Moralioglu’s spring collection. With late sci-fi writer Zenna Henderson as a muse, the eponymous London designer turned to full skirts, pinched-in waists and sheath silhouettes, then offset them with fresh python textures, neon coloring and surreal sunnies—read: today’s mirrored frames by Linda Farrow—for an imposing result.
Far from ordinary eyewear, these collaborative cat-eye shades capture an out-of-this-world aesthetic with bug-like antennas and reflective lenses.
